• Secondary or university studies in the technical field are an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of technical drawings (reading / interpretation) – advanced level;
• Ability to read / interpret programs;
• Knowledge of materials specific to the technological process;
• Knowledge of measuring and control instruments and devices;

• Coordinates and controls the members of the production teams, for the continuous improvement of the projects, to achieve the main objectives of the section and the organization;
• Coordinates the production planning and tracking process, to meet the customer’s requirements and ensure the company’s profitability;
• Provides technical support to CNC operators;
• Organizes and checks the production flow;
• Carries out project launches together with the Heads of Departments in accordance with the imposed requirements;
• Helps motivate the team and inspires team members as a daily practice so that employees within the Production Section actively participate in achieving the company’s objectives;
• Responsible for defining, implementing, coordinating and controlling projects to improve activities within the Production Section with an impact on the company’s profitability;
